| How we operate |
We take your orders on behalf of the artists and process
the payments. They will be responsible for shipping. Hence,
your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
If you need to return an item, you will first need to
contact us before returning it to the artist.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a
purchase, you can return it. We will make an exchange, or
issue a refund or credit on any purchase if notified within 14
days and if the product is received within 30 days of the
original delivery. We promise to be fair and reasonable with
each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always
considerate of the customer's point of view.
