Scholarships |
The Deerfield Valley Health Care Volunteers (DVHCV),
sponsors of Art on The Mountain (AOTM), offer annual
scholarships (up to $1000) to full-time students pursuing
careers in the health care industry.
The DVHCV is a not-for-profit organization which raises money
through volunteer efforts for the benefit of the Deerfield
Valley communities – Wilmington, Whitingham, Halifax,
Readsboro, Dover and Wardsboro. Historically, the Art on the
Mountain summer festival raised the bulk of the scholarship
money. We continue to look for a venue for this show. Last
year’s
Bears in the Valley
initiative took AOTM’s place in raising funds for our worthy
efforts. The students must live in the
Deerfield Valley in order to apply for the scholarship.
