The
Deer Hill Inn
displays art works for sale by juried Art On The Mountain
artists, open to the public from 8 am to 9 pm daily, except
when the inn is closed for vacation in April. Please contact
the Deer Hill Inn for dinner reservations at 802-464-3100.
“Hearts and other small works”
is the theme of the show which be open from Saturday, February
16th through May featuring local artist and school teacher,
Chris Simpson.
An artist’s reception is planned February 16th from 5 till 7
pm. The Deerhill Inn will provide delicious hors d'oeuvres
and a cash bar. Jane May Jones will be on hand demonstrating
her watercolor sketch book journal. |
Juried artists who have
participated in Art on the Mountain have been invited to
present their favorite works for this exhibit. Come and see
the variety of Hearts and Flowers for the Valnetines in your
lives and also winter scenes for those of you with a love of
Vermont and the winter activities offered in the Mount Snow
area.
There will be oils, acrylics and water colors, fabric, jewelry, wooden sculpture,
evening purses, photography and many other pieces of
beautiful art. Visit the exhibit to purchase a gift for your
Valentine or yourself at the same time as giving back to our friends in need in the Deerfield Valley.
