As you may know, for the past
several years we have been searching for a new home for our
annual Art on the Mountain Show. We feel that not having a
permanent venue, as we previously did at Haystack, increases
necessary work and expenses for our volunteers as well as
impacting our art, artists and customers.
We were not able to find such a venue in time to produce our
2007 and 2008 summer shows. We continue investigating all possibilities
and hope to have all of the technicalities ironed out by the
Fall of 2008. At that time we will be able to announce our
2009 show. We anticipate continuing to hold the event during
the last week of July and First week of August in 2009.
In the meantime, please plan on
visiting Art in the Valley
to be held at various inns on the weekend of July 25, 26,
27, 2008 - we will publish further details here, so do check
back.
